Bluddy is an Epic ingredient in Feral. It can be obtained by collecting the unique Blooderfly named "Bluddy" in the Quest "Blood for Blood". In order to collect him, you would have to say "Yes" when Vann asks if you were going to capture him. If not, you will acquire the Bluddy Inspiration.
Description[]
Bluddy is very similar to a Blooderfly in appearance, but has bright red where the white on his wings would be, and maroon as its main color instead of a bright red. A few droplets of what is presumably blood can be seen pouring off his body.

Bluddy is an Inspiration in Feral. It can be obtained by inspecting the unique Blooderfly named "Bluddy" in the Quest "Blood for Blood". In order to obtain this Inspiration, you would have to say "No" when Vann asks if you were going to capture him. If not, you would have to try and capture him once more to receive the Bluddy ingredient, and afterwards be subtly scolded by the item's description.
