Earnest is a short green-blue Myrefolk with round white eyes and lighter green facial features. He holds a thin wooden staff that spirals at the end, and wears white-and-black garb. A stump is positioned on his head as a hat.
"Halla? Halla?? Is that one of those newfangled SLANG words that the kids won't stop prattling on about?"
"Hrmm! So you're looking for the culprit! WELL, earlier I saw a shifty-looking KOMODORI lurking on the western outskirts of our very village-near some stone carvings!! She's up to no good, I tell you!!
"Talk to that Komodori by the stones to the west! I'll bet you a penny or two she knows more than she's letting on!"
"So it wasn't a murder after all, eh? Then why did you waste my time?!"
