Kobolds are a species of NPC within Feral. They can be found in every realm except for the Sunken Thicket.
Description[]
Kobolds are humanoid, furred creatures with characteristically large, pointed teeth, a large overbite, round eyes, triangle-shaped nose, pointed ears, striped tails, and a flat face. Their faces are always tan-colored, and their hands always black, whereas their fur can be shades of red, brown, gray, or white. Their eyes are always solid white, with the exception of the Blood Kobold subspecies.
Typical Clothing[]
Kobolds are generally seen wearing normal shirts, armor ranging from just shoulder pads to full suits, baggy shorts, pants in the style of yoroi hakama, belts with pouches, sometimes an Ichimegasa or a headband, and often either a staff, a spear, or a sword on their back.
Blood Kobolds[]
Blood Kobolds are Kobolds which specifically reside in the Blood Tundra, being the residents of The Village. Unlike regular Kobolds, they are always seen with red eyes with a white outline, and their coats are varying shades of red, tan, gray, and white. They are always seen wearing clothing that is black and red, in the same styles as regular Kobolds. The Blood Kobolds live together as a self-described 'happy flock', led by Luka.
Blood Kobold children particularly love to make 'Snowbolds', snowmen-like representations of themselves. While Snowbolds have been seen wearing ichimegasa, no Blood Kobold has ever shown to wear one.
Blood Kobolds have never been seen outside of the Blood Tundra, and repeated dialogue suggests something is keeping them there. It is unknown what their backstory is, but they are generally unfazed by death (such as seeing remains of their own friends) and have an overall unsettling disposition.
The Ogasa and Arrowpeak Village[]
Kobolds that live in Lakeroot Valley are divided into 2 villages, the Ogasa in the South, and the Arrowpeak in the North.
