Sketches & Inspirations are an element of Feral in which players are able to find and add to their Sketchbook. Inspirations are the in-game features that players can find throughout The Expanse. Sketches are what the players obtain and add to their Sketchbook after finding an Inspiration.

Players can find Inspirations through interacting with images seen on various platforms, such as trees and vegetation or talking to certain NPCs. According to the pop-up, players add Inspirations to their Sketchbooks and can combine Sketches to get "fabulous new content." While all Inspirations come with a Sketch counterpart, not all Sketches come with their own Inspirations, as some Sketches are given to the player upon joining Feral and not found around the lands.
